I think we have the same sort of boiler as you Cyn (we dont have a hot water tank) Last boxing day we were having the parents over for lunch and guess what?.....the boiler packed up so no hot water and no heating aghhh.
The owner of this house has this insurance thing with the gas board so they should come out and sort it....but not Boxing day so we had to take all our food to the parents and cook it there

All my jeans were size 8 but had to stop wearing them as I they restricted my leg movement, I know they would'nt fit now since I have put on a stone and a half

I am so relieved that we have been spared the thought of Fans tummy 'flopping' out over the top of her jeans........she 'went over a size ten a few years back'.......yeah! and how!....hahahahahaha

Hello Cynthia - had a lovely time. It's a boxing day tradition that we get together with a bunch of old friends in our local (a lovely traditional pub) and catch up. Sadly, some of them are no longer here since last year but we've had a lovely reminisce.

FannyByGaslight

FannyByGaslight Report 26 Dec 2010 19:10

Dont think Mr Pope does much dancing nowadays..Methinks he can only do that on his Zimmer...
