Purple or Blue seemed to be her fav colours,neither of which suited her,and they were in the shape of prtend eyebrows as well.

finally managed to choose frames .......... and then spent ages just chatting to the guy (I guess you call him the dispensing optician)

............ an optician here does the fitting of glasses bit, s/he is a trained technician. They cannot write prescriptions

........... an optometrist performs general eye exams, and may also fit lenses and/or contact lenses if they wish to (most don't)


........... an ophthalmologist is a medically trained doctor who has specialised and completed a residency in ophthalmology. They do full eye exams, as well as operations on the eye.



So I saw an optometrist on Wednesday, and an optician today!


It will take 5-10 business days to get them made.




So now you know!!!



Then I came home, we sat for a bit, then went out for sushi :)))
