	Good morning everyone Breakfast Tea, coffee, juices (cranberry, grapefruit, apple) Cold Cereal:- CornFlakes, Muesli, AllBran, Triple Berry Oatmeal Crisp, Shredded Wheat, CocoPops Hot Cereal:- Porridge In the warmers:- bacon, omelette, grilled tomatoes, grilled mushrooms Toast, croissants, Danish pastries Jams, Jellies, Seville Orange Marmalade, Marmite and Vegemite Have a good day everyone s xxx

	Triple Berry Oatmeal Crisp and I have a nanna to slice on top...thanks Sylv Pitch black here and despite my deliberate early nights, tripple water drinking and double facial care all week.. ....I still look like death warmed up! Poor me...may book in for a proper facial with some IPL...that should do the trick for the face but the cough is still going strong What I did do last night was to rub Vicks Vapour into the soles of my feet and put socks on before I went to bed. It's supposed to stop you coughing... ...and JB had his first nights sleep for ages, he said he didnt hear me cough all night and I dont remember waking up either... Will do the same tonight.....ooh you do smell sexy ;)

	My dear Sylvia in answer to your question. I have an inbuilt radar detection of 00 numbers of course....:) Sparky friend is all better (sort of) and is on his way here to install last 2 storage heaters...Yipeeeeeeeeeee. They look alright parked behind my sofa,but I would prefer them in the bedrooms and WORKING ,its sunny but COLD here and I like to be WARM...

	You do not have an inbuilt radar detection at all......you have an addiction for which there is no known cure. Anyway, I have a number coming up soon which is bigger than any of your numbers......so there! And it ain't my burfday either.

I'm now going to be here for the entire evening (i think :-/ ) .... all bar some absence to order a pizza later on! 	I've been busy but getting nowhere. That thread you mentioned Gins... Most of the people she has asked for before have been found quite easy without spelling mistakes so I dont know where she is looking...if anywhere ja...x
