And also from family members. One of the family is going to get back to me to confirm the father

We think it is either Joseph or Walter Turner whose parents are Thomas and Lucy Turner, my GGgrandparents

I think the only way you are going to find out is to buy one of the birth certificates. You say they were both called Turner where did you get this infomation from?

I found these as well.

I have since been told that Ada died before my granparents, who died in 1984.
Its possible that Ada's death may have been recorded in Cheshire, as we now think she died in the Countess of Cheshire hospital.
A family member is going to get back to me with this info.

After Desmond and Dennis were born, Ada and her husband moved to live in Shotton North Wales. They lived in the same street as my gran.

Ada died in North Wales after 1976.

I think I need a trip to the records office in Hawarden and find out more

Wrong marriage sorry.

She either married a George, Samuel, Joseph or Walter Turner from West Bromwich. These were my gran's uncles. Going to see if I can find the baptism record for Desmond and Dennis.

You can't actually get birth cert info without buying the cert

Unless two Turners married.......the children were illegitimate

Yes thats the birth for them both.

I dont really want to buy the certificate unless I really have to.
I know that their mother was Ada who was my great aunt.
But the Turner family was not a small family.
I know they moved from West Bromwich to Shotton North Wales and they are both buried in Hawarden Cemetery.

I am trying to find the father of Joseph Desmond and Walter Dennis Turner born 22 March 1930, in West Bromwich.
They died in 1978 and 1972 .
