Sorry to everyone for starting a new thread, I really thought i needed to for a new family.

I obviously have the wrong marriage for George Pavitt, but as his daughter Mary Ann was born 1840/1841 I thought it was the correct one.

If you have alook at the IGI section of the Family Search site and enter just Mary Kewlue in the search section only two entries come up.

1. MARY KEWLUE - International Genealogical Index
Gender: Female Marriage: 17 NOV 1840 Saint Dunstan, Stepney, London, England .....Click on this entry and you will see it is a transcribed entry of the marriage of Mary to John Smith so gives dates and church.

2. Mary Ann KEWLUE - International Genealogical Index
Gender: Female Marriage: DEC 1840 Stepney, London, England ...Click on this one and you will see it is a submitted entry with no dates or church named. So someones guesswork!

The entry you found showing a child is probably 'linked' to the IGI submited entry...So guesswork!

Thanks Ginny, Now I have Mary Ann Pavitts proper date of birth from the baptism you found, I have found this birth which looks like the correct one. I shall send for the cert and find out her mothers name.
