I don't expect a thanks but it would have been nice to have an acknowledgement of the marriage that I found that showed that Elizabeth Meek's maiden name was Thomas.

Flick is not rude in any way at all Clifford - in fact she is one of the most regular helpful people on here to help others - it is very annoying when people post duplicate threads particularly when they have failed to revisit one they already posted - Flick has every right to be annoyed - she spent time trying to help you unaware that you already had stacks of information on another board - this is why GR do not allow duplicate postings

It's thanks to people ike Flick that members get the information they are looking for so I think y ou should delete your uncalled for comment

far from her not "being allowed to say what she did" - you were definitely not allowed to do what you did under GR rules

I only spoke the truth, Clifford - that's probably why you deleted.

You still haven't thanked the people for the info they have given you on here - without which you would not have known that Elizabeth was only a MEEK by marriage.

Flick

Flick Report 10 Jun 2010 14:03

The other thread has now been deleted - so obviously this man looks at them but doesn't see the need to offer any thanks for the info provided
