I believe Family Search have some Cheshire parish records on the Record Search pilot - don't know whether Warrington is covered but worth a look.

Some of my fella's lot are from 'up that way'.... the records office and the Libraries there are amazingly helpful.

If you live near to Warrington registry office, i think you can pop in there and get the cert.

As has been suggested you will ned to order the cert, i have taken a look at the Lancs OPC and cannot find anything. :-(

Not sure you will manage this without her marriage cert. You really need her father's name.

Hi i'm trying trace Maria Carter born abt 1854, Born in Warrington, i can trace her from the 1871 census and know she married William Mason in 1871 but cant find her in the 1861 census .. any ideas?
