so I just ahd to google Zerubbabel


Zerubbabel was a governor of the Persian Province of Judah (Haggai 1:1) and the grandson of Jehoiachin, penultimate king of Judah. Zerubbabel led the first band of Jews, numbering 42,360, who returned from the Babylonian Captivity in the first year of Cyrus, King of Persia (Ezra)(538 BC). Zerubbabel also laid the foundation of the Second Temple in Jerusalem the next year.

someone called Phil Bratley had already sent in a name change on the 1901, on 02/05/2010 (so Sunday)

..... says Zerubbabel is the given name on the birth registration
