I,m afraid electoral rolls for those years aren,t online they are usually held at the Main Library for the area or at the local records office

We found Violet living at Sewards Road Ealing. Harrow between 1931 and 1937 with Richard Griffiths Jones and Winifred Jones Nee Owen,who were married in Westminister in 1896.

Richard died in 1947 aged 78.at the same address

The London Electorial Rolls on Ancestry, have them up to 1937.

Violet who reverted to her maiden name of Armstrong has disappeared again.

No Death recorded or marriage.

Please has anyone got access to a hands on Electoriol register for no 55 Seward Road beteeen 1937 and 1947 allowing for the war years?

Regarding the missing child,how would one find who was the local doctor at that time?

Is it possible to get the authorities to access Violets medical records,and to give a few yes or no answers.

Has any one tried this,if so what was the process and did you get a result?

This unfortunatly is not the missing child.

The children that we are aware of are Ivy,Stanley and Kenneth.

The story is that there was a birth after these.

After about 1970 (not sure of precise year) DOB is shown on death entry on Ancestry. if known by informant obviously.

I have just looked through my pile of certificates,and do not after all appear, to have her birth, other then the year 1898

Got her marriage and birth certificates of 2 children in 1918 and 1924.

What is it that you were looking at?

I do not mind slogging though records,as this is fairly inportant to me.

If you get exact birth then you can search the deaths for that. Cannot see a Violet Mary P that fits, so she might have missed one out.
So what is exact birth, please?

Are you suggesting that she adopted a different surname and got on with her new life, so you want anyone with those christian names and approximate date of birth in their tree to contact you?
