Find Ancestors

Can anyone please look up the Census from 1871-1901 for me please? I'm looking for Gilbert and Elizabeth Blue(ms Duncan),
they came from Rothesay,Argyll,Bute and ended up in Port Glasgow,Renfrewshire. Gilbert and Elizabeth married 01-11-1867 in Rothesay. I'm trying to find any children they had.

I can't see them in 1871. This is the only Gilbert Blue that comes up on Ancestry in the 1871 Scotland Census:-

I've just noticed an age difference with Alexander and Martha but they are twins, a possible misprint and they should both say aged 1. Do you agree?

Can I be cheeky and ask if anyone can find any siblings for Elizabeth please? She was born c1838 and her parents were John and Elizabeth (ms Brown) I believe she was also born Rothesay, Bute.

She was born 1st Oct 1837 in Rothesay...........her parents married 5th May 1836 also in Rothesay. There's no other children mentioned in the Church records.

Thank you very much. Elizabeths address on marriage certificate is either 16 or 11 High Street, Rothesay.

Why is Elizabeths mum named Brown on the Census and not Duncan (Her married name) ?

In Scotland (not sure about elsewhere) married women were generally recorded by their married name in the census, but it is not uncommon for the maiden name to be used.
