Click find, and 2 options appear, Sheffield highly unlikely, no connections, but Belper looks just right. Click on 612, which will bring up other people recorded under same entry, who are potential partners. There is a bride missing, as should be in pairs, but you have found a potential Alice, surname Howarth. From the 1861 census Alice was born in 1835 in Southwell Northampton (or Nottinghamshire in fact, their geography no better than ours'), so searching the censuses for Alice Howarth in 1851 can help to confirm if this is a match.
