There is a tree on here with the Oughtons in this family
Owner Jonathan Rotheray maybe you should contact him.
Put Henry Oughton 1838 in search and it comes up

1stly i can't thank u all enough for your time and effort. Yes Ruby E Clark is correct who was my great grandmother. I never knew my great grandfather Charles, i was told he died of a heart attack, he was only in his fities. I do not think Shirley Oughton is connected as a sibling. This has really helped i can now proceed with a marriage cert and branch out a little more. U are all brilliant x

I have a record of a Major John Henry Oughton, born 1916, working with SOE during WW2. Would he have anything to do with you?
