Unfortunately for your quest there are hundreds of Jeune's and de Gruchy's over here and they all seem to be named after their fathers and marry women with the same name as their mother.
However I have found this baptism which could be Thomas's father, it ties in with the census that PollyPoppet found
birth 13/8/1880 baptism 12/9/1880 name Edwin Richard Jeune (transcribers often confuse R and F) father Edwin Jeune mother Mary Jane Marie
There is another baptism for a brother Thomas Charles, 1/8/1884. There is another Archive entry for Thomas Charles giving the address as 19, Halkett Place. Also an application from a Kathleen Jeune requesting permission to return to Jersey after the war - I can look at any of these if it is the sort of information you are seeking.
Lots of Jeune's (and even more de Gruchys) to be found at www.jerseyheritagetrust.jeron.je

Thank you very much Jerseylily Thomas Charles Jeune 1884 is my grandfather and my uncle Thomas Jeune 1910 of which I have two photos was married to Kathleen? whom I guess was in England during WW11 as my uncle was in the army. I visited Jersey often when they were alive but only knew her as auntie Kath I do not know her maiden name which I suppose seems strange. It would be very helpful if you could find Kathleens' family, as am up to date with the Jeune family through the help of everybody in GR.
