To Linda, thanks, I looked at that census and I leaning towards it abit. Wish is was easier to read. :)

To Fanny, yes I have looked on there but can't seem to find anything. On all the censuses i have looked at I can't seem to find her. Thanks for the advice though. :)

It looks like Ellen on image and FMP have it as Ellen.

1871 my guess would be Ellen as the S from Sarah loops into it


Does the occupation of William in 1871 match the birth cert?

Hi
I am trying to find a marriage and a birth, if poss, for a Sarah Bryan. All I have is the birth certificate of her son William Henry Baker, born in Nov 1868 in Fenton, Staffs. The cert lists her husband as William Baker and her as Sarah Baker formerly Bryan.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
