Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 4 Send Message	Was a police constable in Rochdale Lancashire around 1895 ( his son was born that year in Rochdale town hall) Cant find any details about him or his Wife (who I think was called Lavina Swaine) nothing in any census for them??? Are there special records for police forces I can look into/// many thanks
