shelia married a albert herbert in 1958 and although they were not married long i dont know if she whent under the name bullock or herbert in later life

Did they say if she married? No Shiela Bullock died in 1989 that matches her age. Sorry, but I don't have the subscriptions to do the searches - someone else may be able to help though.

Click on search trees. Enter the name Osborne Bullock, (make sure you spell it right) and birth year 1927, you don't need to do anything in the other boxes. Click on search and you should just get 1 result, born in West Bromwich. Click on "find out more" and you can send a message to the tree owner to see what they can tell you about Osborne, or maybe share their tree with you.

Repeat the process for Gwendoline Bullock, birth year 1930, you'll only get 1 result, again born West Bromwich.

If you search trees, 1 person has Osborne Bullock and 1 has Gwendoline, you could contact them & see if they have further info, sometimes you need to go side-ways to get at what you're after.

If you have a copy of your original birth certificate it should give an address of your mother - the local library should have electoral roll records to find out who lived at that address - your mother won't be listed as she wasn't 21 at the time of your birth but may be listed a couple of years later.

Your grandparents were probably also born in W Bromwich, Alfred Adolphus Bullock born June 1903 (6b 940) and Olive Annie Sandall born Mar 1907 (6b 875) look like likely matches.

Parents married: Alfred A Bullock married Olive A Sandall June quarter 1925 W Bromwich (6b 1868)

Siblings Osborne C Bullock, born June qtr 1927 (6b 1378) W Bromwich
Gwendoline T born June qtr 1930 (6b 1355) W Bromwich.

my name is bridget and iwas brought up in care in west bromwich i know my mothers name was shelia bullock and she was born in1934 her mother was called olive sandel and her father was alfred bullock i wonder if there is any one out there who knows how i can find out more about them i was born in noverber 1955
