Yes thats him Shirley...he and his wife travelled extensively sort of a wandering teacher I think....they had 4 sons ...only one born in the UK...my father born in Japan....trying to find his grave now Almost certainly Port Sudan...we have a photograph of a tombstone we always thought it was his.....but recent enhancements of it show it is Henry Bogle !

No cannot add much.... he was with my grandfather Henry Blake mould who died in Port Sudan..9/8/1941...looking for any info on him too ...

Have advised him to add to the thread rather than PM

Can you pad out the info on him .what do you know about him so far like birth year.parents etc. with just a name and nothing more its difficult to pin point him

He isnt listed on the CWGC site as a War casualty

do you know how old he was when he died & did he ever marry

Was he from the UK?
