Thats what is so exciting about looking at census'...other questions can be answered. I was so looking forward to the 1911...thinking I was going to find my grandparents....so far no luck.......

Vera, thank you, that is the family - was just moving them forward.
Interestingly, 1911 has confirmed my suspicion - that he had a previous marriage to a Harriet Showell - and there she is living in the same household!
Do you happen to know in what month the census took place please? Can't quite spot a date. Thanks!

I have a sub at last - thank goodness for birthdays!
I know it's a bit borderline re. the rules, so if not possible, I understand.
Just asking for a check please. This is definitely our relative - the unusual occupation gives it away! - but might someone check the middle initial for me please? I need it to be F not T!!
