I need help as I've got a bit stuck and no more credits for 1911 census!

Phoebe OWEN b 1874 married Joseph George WILLIAMS in June 1891 in Bethnal Green. On the 1891 census she is unmarried in the Workhouse with new born baby Minnie Owen. in 1901 Phoebe & Joseph Williams are with children Phoebe jnr 1893, Joseph jnr 1895, Arthur 1897 and Louisa 1899 in Sidney Street, Bethnal Green. I am pretty certain Minnie didn't survive as I have found a death in 1891.

I think I have found Phoebe in 1911 as a lodger in a lodging house in Whitechapel - her age and years married (19) tie up as does her occupation - boot fitter and her birth place - Bethnal Green.

I cannot find the rest of the family in 1911 and I would dearly love to solve this mystery for my mum - Phoebe Owen is her auntie (her dad's eldest sister) that she didn't even know existed until we started doing some family research!
