The Ethel Northin on 1911 is the only one born in Bradford at the right time to be Toms wife and with a sister Lily.
The 1911 of
Tom chapman is born the right time and has a sister Nelly.

Do you have Tom and Ethels marriage cert to tell you their fathers names then?

If not then you really need to get it for their fathers names and occupations.
