Jost a thought - what about these ariel view map sites where you put in an address or a place and you get an ariel view and can 'virtually' walk around the streets etc seeing all the houses. |

Sorry can't help as was only very tiny last time I visited but my mother was born in Ynysybwl Grand parents lived in Augustus Road I believe these were owned by the pit. It is good to hear of Ynysybwl as I remeber having to learn to spell it to give mother's place of birth. Annie your not related to Beasley's or Woodhouses by any chance? |
