BINGO!!!!Father: Thomas Thomas and Mother: Jemima, born Swansea born 1837-38 was there 3 years, then to Aberdare for 34years and then Victoria for 6 years and died in 1870. |

Yes, you are right and it also changes from state to state. NSW are free and Victorian you have to pay or have a credit card. Will try tonight, just waiting on my cousin to send through the wedding cert so I can find where William was born. |

You perhaps need to try to find his death in Australia. Australian death certificates give the spouse's name, parents' names (including mother's maiden surname, if known) and also a list of the children. |

PS. Only one of William and Ann's children were registered in Wales, which was Margaret b.104/08/1862. |
