I have just got back the marriage cert for relative William Joseph Barnes age 27 occupation Baker to Rose Sophia Clifford 22 Oct 1916 St Pancras........what I didnt know was that I was surprised to see he was a widower when he married. I have the right guy as fathers name/profession ties in. |

Stephen, to see who he could have married, click on the page number. There will probably be two women named. He could have married either. The only way to be sure is to buy the marriage cert. You could also try looking for a death for the women between 1908 and 1914. |

Oh dear - something wrong with that page number. There should only be four names but there are eight! Five women and only 3 men! |

is there a way of finding out if William Joseph + Rose had any children, they married 1916 and he had died by 1928. Unfortunately nobody seems to have detailed information on Rose Clifford on their tree on either ancestry or genes ....is there a way of finding out if they had any children? |

There's a very easy way to search for births -- to be sure they are the right parents, you still have to get certificates. |
