Now the person I was trying to find is George Harold Thornton,who was known as "Harold" who resided in or around Oxford. DOB about 1893

OK- the children are all listed as in-laws (William is 12,by the way),so that would indicate a second marriage for Ellen-which Roy has found.

They are all listed as Children in Law (Step Children) so they would have belonged to Ellen before she re-married. Sarah Marry is a lodger

Someone has just given me access to their tree and it looks like we are related. Ellen Timms married William Thornton don't know what happened to him but she remarried this time to Charles Coombs.
This does get involved dosen't it ? can't keep track. Does it get any easier, LOL :-)

hi colin you are welcome if you look above the big advert you should see in right hand of your screen a printer next to page click on that and you should be able to print

There isn't a printer on mine .Do I need to update the software or something ??
