If you're in Keighley, the local electoral rolls are probably knocking around somewhere nearby, maybe the local library.

Thru 1947, there were 3 Sub-districts : (Bingley; Haworth; Keighley) in Keighley rego district.
The Keighley rego office's local indices will probably say which sub-district those 4 births were rego'ed in.

To find out whether these people married, you would have to purchase all marriage certificates for anyone with the name(s) from the date each of them reached the age of 16. Only by seeing the document(s) would you know if the person marrying was the one you are researching.

Unfortunatley family are not very friendly as I have been finding out.Also there are quite a few Richmond familys in Keighley. My family seem to come from Guisley area, where there are alot who come from Cross Roads, Keighley.
