Find Ancestors

I am trying to find the family of Sarah Louisa Carr who married George Wright in 1865. Her father was George Carr, a police sergeant, but I cannot find her birth record despite many searches, I think she was born about 1848/51, perhaps in London, where she was married. It is becoming a bit of an obsession to find her! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Heather from Norfolk.

You are going to have to buy the marriage certificate so we can learn her fathers name.

Although the family listed in 1871 for Sarah Louise Wright is the correct family, as far as I can see, the mother's name on her birth certificate is Sarah Louisa Carr, so I cannot understand why she is listed as Sarah Ann. I will search again for her in Oxford. Thanks to all for your help.
