Found three medal cards for Albert C Hooper

Albert C Hooper Royal Field Artillery 213707
Albert C Hooper Suffolk Regiment 291065
Albert C Hooper Army Service Corps M2/223242

But no idea if any of them are right

Okay rule out the first one as he is Albert Claude Hooper

James Frederick (but none of the others) appears to have been in the Royal Navy.

His record can be downloaded here for £3-50.

Problem with the eldest brothers is that they have flown the nest, probably married and in various parts of the country. The nok therefore wont mean anything.

I will startt with looking for Stanley.

If another is going to help it might be an idea to put a name that you will look for so as not to duplicate effort

There is a Stanley Hopper on service records - address of 135 Embankment Road, Plymouth married Edith James in 1916.
