Can't carry on much today as have to do the weekly shop!! I call it Donkey Day.

Do you know who Emma's parents were Sue? Perhaps we copuld go back from her.

Her mum and dad James Lovegrove 1816 and Mary Tinson.
I also will not be doing much of this today been trying to paint the house for a week between the rain....enjoy your donkey day.

If the census in 1901 was taken in March she would have still been Emma Lovegrove as the marriage we posted was the December quarter.

GOODENOUGH EMMA F 1866 45 Windsor Berkshire

And this is the only William born about the right year

GOODENOUGH WILLIAM M 1856 55 Abingdon Berkshire

Still raining so no painting today....
Emma lovegrove born 1855 in london Islington I think. thats where her family lived.
I still feel that as the picture says Wantage which is where my grandmother used to go on holidays that William may have been Alexander known as William do wich they would use the right names !!
