Still not sure that the 1863 birth is correct.

You say that her marriage cert does not name a father.

So two points - first the 1863 birth would have made her a lot older than suggested by her age on marriage cert - second if she knew her father why was the name & occupation not on her marriage cert.

The 1901 census for Thomas L Jones could well be the right one.

Have you considered the birth of Sarah A Castree in 1872 as this would match with the 1881 census information that Portland Rose has posted – also nearer to her age on marriage cert. This could also match with Mary Lewis (1901 census)and with the possible marriage in 1900 between Mary A Castree and John Lewis.

AND ALSO THE DAD ON THE MARRIAGE IS BLANK, NO NAME AS THO ILLIGITIMATE.
