Hi I think she was married to Charles Weaver as on 1881 census it does say that. They had 5 kids.

Ok so Coven is in the Bushbury civil parish......... so she didn't go far, just can't see the Pindles, it is an usual name so more than likely mistranscribed!!

Ann, I wouldn't discount the Pimbles! Pindle to Pimble is a very short journey in the world of mis-transciption, believe you me. Also, the family would almost certainly have been illiterate. Do investigate more, but I would have said that as the only "oficial" record so far the marriage is more relable than the birth.

Ann, in reply to your question, I think mis-trancription is more than likely. If you have a child of Ann's which you are sure of, you could always get the birth cert.
