Hi Melaine, I hope you don't mind, could you possible look for 4 marriages for me. I have years for three and possible for the other one.

Details as follows ; Agnes Egginton married to James Mack 1889 Coatbridge, Old Monkland
Agnes father was Edward Egginton Moffat, mother Mary Liddell.

Ann Egginton to Robert Fleming 1887 Coatbridge, Old Monkland
same mother and father as Agnes.

Agnes Wallace Conn possible marriage 1930 Airdrie, New Monkland, don't have anything else on her

Margaret McBride to William Waddell c 1919 Coatbridge, Old Monkland

Thanks for the offer. If you are able could you please do a search for birth of Sarah Craig (also known as Susan) - her marriage cert in 1950 (after her move to London) has her father as John Thomas Craig, occupation shoe maker. Her age is listed as 22 so born circa 1928. Believe she was born Glasgow area.

i wonder if you could look up the marriage of william ormiston born in 1859/60 in st cuthberts midlothian son of james ormiston and marion myles.too,jane kidd who was nine years older than him.
in 1891 william was listed as her lodger in stcuthberts in edinburgh at no 9 brown street.

also the marriage date of his brother george born in 1871 to margaret robertson born in 1841 in lesmahagow ,lanarkshire.thankyou

I am assuming he must have died as a baby.

If possible could you look up the Marriage of an Archibald Blackwood to a Mary Hay Roberts on the 27th January 1888 I am interested in the parents of both of these people as I believe I am directly related to them. I do have rather an old copy of the certificate but much of it is illegible. Any info you could get would be invaluable to me.

Hi Melanie. If it is not too late to take up your kind offer is it possible to look up a birth for William Munro abt 1849. I have a marriage record of his father Robert Munro to Bathia Murray in Old Macchar Aberdeen, only the marriage took place in 1853. Robert has 3 other children born in scotland on the english census James 1852/3 Hellen 1855 Isabella 1856. It is possible therefor Robert may have been married before. Allthough i believe the marriage and census records are correct the 1849 birth for Wlliam is baffling me. Thank You if you for any help. Best Wishes Maurice.

I suspect you have way more than enough look-ups for one day but just in case....I have a William Barton Irving born Tinwald,Dumfriesshire 19-7-1830 according to family bible.His mother was an Agnes Barton ,father? Irving.He may have been illegitemate.I'd be grateful if you could see whether there is any OPR record of the birth or his marriage 22-6-1854 in Lochmaben to a Margaret Ross.
