Hi could anyone possibly help me I have managed to trace my grandmothers family back to around 1828 Joesph Chapman Ithing his father was called Samual born in 1800's. The problem is my mother remembers my gran telling her that the family name used to be straw and that some of the son's changed it to chapman as there is some big dark secret. My grandma now has alzheimers and can't tell us a thing about her past even on a good day. I was hoping to beable to gather as much info as I could for her before she lost all her memory. So therefore any and all help would be fantastic. |
