The 1901 household seems to be blended. It isn't there in 1891, although Frederick and probably Lillie had been born by the 1891 census. There is also a very long gap between Lillie and Clara.

However, there are these births:

Births Sep 1889
Day Frederick Charles Birmingham 6d 152

Births Mar 1891
Day Lily Maud Birmingham 6d 171


I can't seem to find them in 1891 either, though.

Just to be clear, is Thomas the surname?

Do you know where he was born? That info would help to find his parents and siblings (were they older or younger?) in the 1901 census, and having accurate info about the siblings could help find their marriage and children.

The only William George Thomas registered in the oct-dec quarter of 1901 was in Islington.

In the jan-mar quarter of 1902 (possible for a December birth) there were three, in Swansea, West Derby and Plymouth.

hi im trying to trace any living rellies on my farthers side, he was william george thomas born 1st dec 1901 mother ellen day born 1866 farther william born 1860 think his siblings were clara frederick and lillie, i remember going to lightwoods park birmingham and playing in the pool with my cousins whom i would dearly love to trace, anita xx
