Hi
Thankyou for your help.
Her dad's occupation was a coal porter.
She was 20 on the marriage cert, both Rose and William Yapp were listed living at 37 South Grove and her father had died prior to their wedding.
Witnesses were Arthur William Smith (presumed her brother) and Elizabeth Funge/Fonge or Tunge/Tonge? it's hard to read.
All the information I've got on her dad came from family members.
Rose was known as Rosebud, there are a few Rose's in the Yapp side so I think it was a way to identify between them.

Hi
I am looking for info on Rose and her parents.
I have her marriage cert (married William John Yapp on 12th June 1920 in Walthamstowe: 4a 53c) and I have found her death record - 1942, Brentwood: 4a 506. she died in the bombings in the WW2 London. I don't have birth details or information on her mother.
Rose Smith's father was Arthur William Smith b. abt 1870 in Essex/ East London area.
She was abt 41 when she died, so I estimate her birth 1900/1901
If this rings a bell with you, please help.
