It does't give addresses Eileen, but a copy of the death record (£7) would uncover that. The marriage by the way, in 1928, was in Coppull Parish Church. If there is anything I can help with Coppull, let me know as I live there. |

Further to my much earlier post Eileen - regarding an Eleanor Halliday marriage in Coppull in 1928 to a Henry Robinson - there is, in the death records, an Eleanor Robinson record from Chorley in 1936 which states the death age as 58.....putting this Eleanor Robinson right in the peg from the other possible marriage |

there do not seem to be any children born in Chorley with mmn Brierley before 1912. On lancs bmd for Chorley the mmn is usually recorded well before 1912 so any other children were probably born Rochdale district as it seems unlikely there were none between 1895 & 1912. |

Here's an Edith, but you would need to get certificate to confirm parents. Only think it could be right because of area registered! |

Thanks again Wilma, I have been trying to find out for a long time, about these and never managed to find anything. I think there was one called Edith or Edie, but I dont know if she was an Halliday because I cant find her. I was wondering if Eleanor remarried, because I can find her death neither. thanks |

Many thanks for helping me finding information on Eleanor and Arthur Halliday. I know that they had six children and she was the daughter of Harriet but after 1901 I cant find her, I think Arthur had died quite young and i know she lived in Coppull, but I dont know whether Arthur moved here with her. |

Have you found them in 1911? I am unable to find them. |

OK, process of elimination rules out Eleanor with father James, as she was still at home in 1901. |

Just a correction Eileen - according to free bmd, it was Arthur Holiday, rather than Halliday |
