the ages are be same, not because of twins, but because ages of people over 15 where rounded down to the nearest 5 years in 1841 census!

No the name didn't change. Its been copied incorrectly from the census records.

Scott, it is more likely that whomever transcribed the census for Ancestry misread Cork for Cook, it happens

Can't find the parents in 1861 yet, but they must have married around 1848 or earlier as Walter was born around 1848, so thins might be them?
