Are you thinking she may have been born in England?

I'm no good on Victoria records, but can't you get their marriage certificate? It oughta give her parents' names.

I am trying to find any information available on Frances Mary Brown. If possible I would like to know where she was born and her parents details.
What I know so far
Born approx 1880's
Married Frederick George Keys in melbourne 1907c
Died in Geelong Victoria
Had 6 children - 5 girls and 1boy ( I know names etc of children)
Frederick's parents were Edward Keys (Gloucestershire) and Mary Ratcliffe (Victoria Aus)
