Brilliant work, I've got lots of leads to follow now, which is a lot better than hitting a brick wall. I think Ann / Annie Ball is the right lead forward, but I'll hold 'Agnes' in reserve, as it's difficult to read handwriting from 150 years ago........too many loops!.

Married 29.3.1873. Gt Gaddesden. to Annie Ball. Father Daniel.

Birth of George. 1849 Gt Gaddesden. Father Daniel and Mother Ann Wright. also on I G I Index on Mormon site.

Hi all, I have Kate Batchelors (1875) birth certificate (Hemel Hempstead District), it says her father was George Batchelor who I believe was born at Great Gaddesden (Herts) in 1846. Her mother is given as Ann Ball, who I'm trying to trace. However I cannot find any marriage record for George Batchelor, and Ann Ball. If anyone can offer any information or advice, it would be very appreciated.
