could some kind person tell me if there are any records of p.o.w 's from w.w.2. I have just learnt that my dad was a p.o.w. I know that he must have served in Italy and North Africa as he was awarded medals ,but that is all i know. Thank you Jean

Also if you wanted to post his name its surprising what others can find. Do you have his sevice records?

Janice, Thank you for replying, Unfortunatley i don't have his service records, Only told recentley that he served in italy and north africa , really don't know much about him as my parents divporced and i never saw my dad after 1957. jean
