my great nan fibbed about her age on the marriage certificate said she was 24 but really was only 19 and pregnant with my grandad (they lived next door to each other raised an eyebrow when I saw that lol)

Think he followed in his dads footsteps and was an engineer too thought I might have found him aged 10 at a boarding school but think the birth place was wrong (didnt say weybridge said somewhere else in Surrey) then thought I might have found him again on a ship aged around 17ish but not too sure he's so flipping elusive lol (wonder where I get that from now lol)

Thank u anyway Fairthorn think ill leave it again tonight and get my cert in the morn when grumpys gone to work lol.

Nite sweet dreams and thank u very much appreciated xxxxxxxxx

I have never been able to find any births for this family only baptisms (all the children were baptised on the same day )
Also on this census it says British Subjects where born is tho its the only census that says this why is that?

On thier marriage cert it says his fathers name is William Webb and he was an Engineer (so i think it def is the right family im chasing) im just totally flumaxed as to where he dissapears to. I can't even find him in the 1901 census or the 1911 its so strange does anyone have any ideas plz? I would be so very grateful

Many thanks
