Can anyone do an 1861 census lookup for me please?

I am trying to find Sarah Brown who was born around 1816 in Ireland.

Sarah was married to Dennis Brown who was also born around 1816 in Luton, Bedfordshire.

Sarah and Dennis had several children:
John born 1840
James born 1844
Elizabeth born 1848
Richard born 1854
Maria born 1858

All the children were also born in Luton, Bedfordshire

Can anyone find Sarah?
