Marriage for George Dimmick and Sarah Jane Newman

I am trying to find the Marriage for my Great garndparents but havinfg no luck.
George Dimmick born 1865 in Chelsea and Sarah Jane Newman.
Sarah jane nee Rogers was Married before to a William Stewart Newman and he died in 1896. they had 2 children Alice and Albert william.
George and Sarah jane must have married between 1896 and 1899 because they had a child george henry in 1899 for which I have the birth cert and sarah jane is Dimmick then.
I can't find their marriage anywhere. Anybody got any ideas.
I have tried freebmd and Ancestry but no luck.
