With regards to Susy J it has been transcribed incorrectly; looking at the actual cenus it looks like Sissy J. So I think the following is the birth registration |

From the information i have on Luke Booker, he was born in Capel or Tudly. So it is a possibility that he was born in Kent. |

This is Luke in the 1891 census. Looking at the actual census it is Luke J Booker but has been wrongly transcribed. His place of birth on the actual census is given as Kent but then crossed out |
