hi i am looking for the marriage of lucy baker tojohn huckercirca 1900 in somerset tried looking on ancestery but can,t get on it thank you somerset man

There is a reference to Robert Syms getting married 1st quarter 1897 in Dulverton 5c 407 and there is also an Alice Gibbs with the same reference 5c 407 but this isn't your lady..

Is circa 1900 the year they married, or the year Robert was born?

Can't see the couple in the 1901 census so assume marriage was after that.

Hi Somersetman, i don,t know if this is any good for you but looking through Irish 1911 census there is a Hucker family living in Co. Down Father Albany but mmistranscribed as A. Mary with wife Elizabeth and three of their five children aged 25, 26, and 16 all born in England.
site name is www.nationalarchives.ie
They are the only Hucker family in the four counties that are on-line so far.
