Best place for the details of the unwanted certificate is BMDshare.com. You can also advertise the certificate itself to anyone interested on this site.

There was no harm in asking. :)

Have you tried the electoral rolls on 192.com, or are there too many people of the same name? If you can find a household with the same name as her husband listed, you might be able to narrow it down.
