thank you all so much for your help, I now believe that her grand-parents lived at that address. which would tie into the Smith name.

I am still no nearer to finding her berth cert but thanks to you all I have filled in another bit of missing puzzle.

I WAS UNDER THE UNDERSTANDING THAT HER FAMILY HAD LIVED THERE AND VICTORIA DOCK ROAD FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME AND I THOUGHT IN THOSE DAYS PEOPLE DID NOT MOVE AROUND AS MUCH AS TODAY

So if the first mariage was in 1918, it is possible that Garvary Road didn't exist until after 1901? Or may have gone by another name.

THE ADDRESS SHOWED UP ON HER SECOND MARRIAGE CERT I I KNOW IT WAS LASO ON THE FIRST MARRIAGE CERT IN 1918

I have tried an address search on Findmypast 1901, but Garvary Road isn't showing up. Is this the exact spelling?
