The James I am looking for was born appox 1815 in Langton Herring his father was Richard Critchell he married a Jane house in 1839 in Abbotsbury which I have the marriage certificate for, it is easy to be confused with another James also born 1815 died 1882 and married a Mary Ann , as I mentioned the James I am looking for is in the 1841 and 1851 Census for Abbotsbury but not in the 1861 jane is a widow by then, my problem is what happened to him between 1851 and 1861

There are a few more but after 1863 - Weymouth which is close by to Abbotsbury (I think)

I am trying to find any information on my ggg grandfather James Critchell from Abbotsbury Dorset, he was born in 1815 and married Jane house 20th October 1839 (I have the certificate) he appears in the 1841 &1851 census but in the 1861 census Jane is a widow I can not find any record of his death between 1851 & 1861 if anybody has any information it would be very much appreciated.
