Member Since: March 2007 Posts: 5 Send Message	Alfred E.G. Smith was born in Oare, Kent and died in Swale, Kent possibly in 1988. On Sep 17th 1917, in Norfolk, he married Laura Carter (nee Howard) the widow of Walter Carter who was killed on the Somme in 1916. Has anyone any information on what happened to Alfred and Laura after 1917? Thanks, Richard
