Could she still be unmarried by 1891? This one fits with the 1881 census

Hello again...Yet again i'm stuck and after a hand. There is obviously something i'm missing but i'm just so "word blind" i can't think of what to do next.

I'm missing Sarah Elizabeth Wilcox after 1884.
She was born about 1867 to Isaac and Mary Ann (maiden name Hackett) and had a brother John William. I have her on the 1871 and 1881 census and in 1884 registered her mothers death and was calling herself Elizabeth. The last address I have her at is the same as the 81 census 5 court kenyon street.

I have a marriage certificate for an Elizabeth Wilcox marrying Charles Foster in Aston in 1888 but her father is recorded as Henry although his proffession is Gun Maker which fits with Isaacs job although he had died by that point. The witnesses to the marriage are Thomas Foster and Emily...it looks like Picles?

Anybody got any ideas? xx
