there are some German census records on the Mormon LDS site - it could also be Jung - here is a John Young born in Germany - slightly different year - but for reference

Help, does any one know where you access German records?
My gg grandfather John Young is listed in the Uk. census as being born in Munich Preuben, in 1821.
